A 45-year-old man was taken to hospital after being allegedly assaulted during an aggravated burglary at a property in Werribee.
Victoria Police allege that two armed offenders forced their way into a property on Otterham Way at about 1.15am on 8 September 2026. One of the male occupants was allegedly assaulted and suffered slash wounds that were not considered life-threatening. Three other people were inside the property at the time but were not physically injured. Police allege the offenders stole car keys and attempted to steal a vehicle before officers intervened. Two teenagers, aged 15 and 14, were arrested and taken into custody for questioning.
