A 58-year-old man remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries following an alleged assault and stabbing in South Yarra.
Emergency services were called to Malvern Road at approximately 12.20am on Sunday 9 August 2026 after reports of a man suffering head injuries. Police allege the victim had been assaulted before being stabbed.
