A 41-year-old man suffered critical injuries after being stabbed outside his home in Langwarrin in the early hours of Saturday 26 September 2026.
The incident occurred on Govan Street at about 12.20am. It is alleged that a group of boys were attempting to break into a vehicle outside the property when the man confronted them. A confrontation followed, during which the man was stabbed before the group fled. The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and remained in a stable condition following treatment.
