Police have arrested and charged five men following an investigation into an alleged aggravated home invasion in Dandenong.
Police allege five offenders attended a Steven Street property shortly after 11am on 17 August 2026. It is alleged that three offenders entered the home armed with machetes and threatened the sole occupant before stealing personal items and leaving the property.
Physical injury is not the only consequence that may follow a violent incident. Depending on the circumstances, victims may experience psychological effects requiring professional support.
