An 18-year-old woman suffered serious injuries after being kicked, stomped and stabbed multiple times during a violent confrontation in Deer Park.
Police were called to a reserve following reports of a brawl involving a group of young people. The teenager was found with serious stab wounds and was taken to hospital. Police later confirmed she had suffered six stab wounds to her upper body. Another 20-year-old woman was also assaulted during the incident but did not require medical treatment.
